As part of a conference held at the State University of New York on 27 April 2026, a presentation was given on the topic “An Analysis of the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye from the Perspective of Criminal Law”. The fundamental principles of the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye, the constitutional structure of the state, provisions regarding the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, and constitutional oversight mechanisms were examined from a comparative law perspective.
