As part of the 11th Turkey-Slovenia Comparative Law Symposium, hosted by the University of Maribor in Maribor, Slovenia, on 7–8 September 2023, a presentation entitled “The Rights of Children in Turkish Criminal Law” was delivered; the rights of children in the field of criminal law were examined within the framework of comparative law.
