Session 2: Leading People Through Uncertainty
On 22 September 2026, the international program Educational Leadership in Times of Crisis and Change brought together academics and educators for “Session 2: Leading People Through Uncertainty.” The session examined the challenges facing educational leadership in periods of crisis and change, with particular attention to guiding and supporting people through uncertainty and fostering a shared sense of purpose. Contributions from academics and educators from different countries provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives on the role of leadership in changing circumstances and on strengthening the resilience of educational communities.
