As part of the First International Law Congress of the Turkic States, held on 13–14 May 2025, a paper entitled “The Multilateral Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance Among the Turkic States: Needs and Necessary Steps” was presented, and the legal requirements for enhancing judicial cooperation among the Turkic States were assessed.
