As part of the 15th Azerbaijan–Turkey–Germany Medical Law Symposium held in Baku, Azerbaijan, on 6 June 2024, a presentation entitled “The Offence of Failure to Report a Crime by Healthcare Professionals” was delivered; the obligation of healthcare professionals to report offences and the consequences of breaching this obligation under criminal law were examined.
