On 30 October 2024, the XIIth Turkey-Slovenia Comparative Law Symposium, held on 30 October 2024 and hosted by the Faculty of Law at Antalya Science University, the topic “The Use of Wiretap Recordings Obtained During the Investigation Stage as Evidence in Prosecutions for Organised Crime” was examined; the evidential value and conditions for the use of recordings obtained as a result of communication surveillance measures in criminal proceedings were assessed from a comparative law perspective.
